The Treasurer and/or Church Board‑authorized designee(s) shall pay all demands upon the treasury which are included in the budget. Payment of extra‑budgetary or questionable demands upon the treasury shall be authorized only upon approval by Church Board. Money given for specifically designated purposes shall be distributed as designated.

Treasurer or Church Board‑designated person shall keep accurate and adequate accounts as well as submit reports to the Stewards Commission and to Council.

The Treasurer shall make monthly and annual reports to Church Board for transmission to Council and shall submit the Church Books to the Auditor at the end of each fiscal year.
